A PhD. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, Dr. Patil is the driving force behind BAI-Labs LLP. He established BAI-Labs with a vision to enhance the quality of life by providing a complete solution for food, water and air quality testing. He is recognized as a competent researcher, innovator and entrepreneur with a skill of developing efficient strategies for challenging real-time problems.
His professional journey started in 2010 where he founded E-Spin Nanotech Pvt. Ltd, a thriving venture that continues to win prestigious projects from around the world under his leadership. Dr. Patil has a remarkable list of patents and scientific papers to his credit. For his excellent contribution to science and entrepreneurship, Dr. Patil has received multiple accolades from respected organizations.
Chief Research Officer
Mr. Charhate has a double masters with an M.Tech in Nanotechnology from UICT, Jalgaon and an M.SC in Biotechnology from Northern Maharashtra University. He has over 10 years of experience in the nanotechnology industry spanning formulation & development of Nanofiber Solution, Process & Parameter Development for Electrospinning Nanofiber, development of Nanofiber based Air Filter Media, Product validation and prototype testing per Industrial Standard, etc. Here, he focuses on developing innovative solutions to address issues relating to the food, air and water quality.
We perform chemical, analytical, and microbiological tests to support the quality and safety testing needs of various food industry segments. We use cutting-edge technologies, strong quality management systems, experienced analysts, and a well-developed laboratory to provide accurate and timely results to our customers.
A sophisticated lab setup for monitoring air, water, and food quality to ensure the safety and quality of what we consume on a daily basis. To ensure accuracy, multiple results are generated, as well as replicate testing, residual testing, and MUs. Analysis of product is carried out using advanced technology and calibrated instruments. Sensory evaluation, as well as confirmatory tests in accordance with IS and FSSAI standards, are used to ensure the safety and quality of products and services.
