We offer a 100% refund on all orders placed through our website only if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of placing the order. Reason of cancellation must be disclosed while making a refund request. Requests for cancellation received after the designated time period won’t be taken into consideration. You can place a cancellation request simply by sending a mail to info@bailabs.in. A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent to you within two working days of receiving the request. After acceptance of cancellation, refund against your order shall be initiated within the next 24 hours.
The refund amount be credited back to the original account used to pay for the transaction.
